A consortium of participating institutes will offer the FAP in the pilot run

The Passive PI will only allow its faculty to offer courses to students registered under FAP2021.

The Active PI will agree to jointly award the degree/diploma/certificate under FAP2021, whereas,

For becoming a passive PI just administrative decision of the Director is needed,

but for becoming active PI, it need to approach its Senate or equivalent bodies.
